it’s been a long time now since ‘Spellar Yellow’ became a thing with conspicuity rules. Reasonable that government should look at this once a generation to test where true social attitudes rather than a humongous lobby lie

Rubio seems weirdly impotent here. Maybe European governments should respond with a visa ban on American officials and persons who are complicit in denying women reproductive health care.
