Even putting my utter disdain for Orange Bag of Human Waste-In-Chief aside: in the near 60 years since the 25th Amendment, was ratified I don't know that there's ever been a clearer cut case to invoke Section 4. That man is so, so ill. That speech was pure nonsense. Unfit-level nonsense.
