Vertigo is a recurring long covid symptom for me. Doing the Epley maneuver each day usually fixes it if you haven’t tried that yet.

Nice. I hope you get into the test group.

I don’t even get mad when people block me anymore. This is the way.

I have developed all kinds of new and interesting head pains since I got long covid.

Hang in there.

I feel like the protocol should be that if you come in with a mask, then they mask in return.

Follow the long COVID channel. It’s a good place to find support.
December 2, 2025 at 4:26 PM
I’m sorry to hear this. Hang in there.
December 2, 2025 at 4:20 PM
Sweet. Which one did you get into?
December 2, 2025 at 4:17 PM
Hardly any of us can afford it.
December 1, 2025 at 4:45 AM
Man. I’ve tried almost everything on this list. Some twice. Glad to hear you are doing better though.

Get started by going to your GP and having them rule out all the common causes for fatigue. Listen to your body and don’t try to push through it. You may make yourself sicker. Be well.

There is at least one study out there suggesting you may need 500 mg to see an effect. I’m currently taking 400 and I’m not sure it’s moving the needle. That is just me though.

They helped my brain fog too, but I had to stop using them because they’d fool me into thinking I had more energy leading to PEM crashes. I get about the same benefit from nicotine patches and LDN though.

Hard to trust something without a soul pretending to have one.

I’m not a child but it gave me a new allergy to nickel.

This is like the bazillionth study confirming this. A functional cdc would be promoting this as the standard treatment for acute covid in order to reduce Long Covid.

In addition to what you are reporting I like the way you use the + to denote there is more.
November 26, 2025 at 4:26 AM
It’s a diagnosis by exclusion. Start by having your GP run all the common tests for fatigue, assuming that’s your major symptom. Take care of yourself.

I honestly think we should be talking more about how they are similar, sociologically, so that we don’t keep making the same damn mistakes.
November 25, 2025 at 11:38 PM
I’m hearing a different framing, that the Covid epidemic is not as bad or even comparable to the AIDS epidemic, when sociologically they share a lot of similarities as others have pointed out. We need to learn from the failures of the AIDS epidemic in order to meet the moment with Long Covid.

I was in the best shape of my life when I got long covid.
