The ability to use force, to harm another human being, is a test of humanity. It's a choice: when you decide to harm, to do nothing, or to prevent harm. ICE has repeatedly failed that test, whether through bad training, bad attitude, bad management, or all three.
Law enforcement cannot be lawless.
