Can capitalism exist without taking advantage of some lower class? Seems it cannot. If that is the case, are there any forms of economy that works where this is not the case or does treating people humanely have to be a societal value?

The city is republicans and they have been going back and forth for years. The owner played a July 4th prank on city after city arrested him and some patron

I saw Trump had an idea to raise the sales tax, which is regressive, and then get rid of income tax and social security taxes. Couldn’t a sales tax like that be changed easily into a VAT?
