Yes, definitely makes it challenging. I find even the app will put it in for the next day. I recently did that and it wasn’t even ready then. When I inquired he told me it takes two days through the app. Well that’s not what the app said 🤪

I’ve noticed this too. I assume because now you can also send refill requests by phone and electronically? Things get in the queue amongst the walk ins.
