I favor Scott Galloway’s plan (Google it or chatgpt it). Basically lower the minimum age for Medicare by 2 years every year. in 10 years, everyone 45 and up qualifies, in 20 years everyone 25 and up qualifies.

Walgreens and CVS have at least 8 stores within a 5 minute drive of my house. Perhaps Walgreens opening stores diagonally across the street from each other wastes capital they could spend elsewhere. Just spitballing here.

It’s honestly time for us to move beyond our 1960s strategy with Cuba. Even *if* the current Cuban government gets overthrown, the Cubans in Miami-Dade are NEVER getting their old properties back. It’s just a fever dream on their part.

There are definitely a couple who have stepped up (eg Massie) but they are few and far between. I would consider MTG, but her past behavior just can’t be forgiven.
