Especially since the monetary cost doesn't encompass the whole cost. These suits are one of a kind pieces of art. Any chance at retrieving ones that are lost seems like something worth more than simply the lost revenue.

Even if 1 out of 30 shipments are lost and the suits are worth 20k on average (no clue what you charge, just using it as an example), that's a loss of 667$ if you spread it out. Compared to a tile or tag and its ability to help you find it... I'd say it's a no-brainer.

While I'm an android user, I'd probably buy a cheap iPhone just to use Apple's Air tags if I were a small business with such expensive shipments.

I'd say it's 100% worthwhile. The tiles are relatively cheap compared to the suit or package, definitely are a lifesaver when it's lost, and just another positive you can list to your client. I'd say you'd be silly not to include one or two of them...

With such shitty competition from large companies, you'd think small businesses would want to work together to be stronger together, this sucks. Never bought from BD, and now I guess I never will. Love your work though
