At least I get to look forward to the weekends. Been constantly hanging out with my friends every week, and they've always been making me feel better. I cherish every moment with them. ❤️❤️

...I assume even some neurotypical people... Are just like that! Because everybody learns and remembers differently, no matter what type of brain you have! At least, I assumed that was the case!

Apologies about the venting. I just really needed to get all of that off of my chest.
I wish I could talk to my professor about this, but I feel like I will just end up getting defensive, and frustrated with being unable to properly convey what, to me, feels obvious.

And again, even with our neurotypical peers, they don't seem to respect them any more than us, with them telling off one of them for giving advice to another.
Like, I get you're the professor and we're supposed to learn from you, but we're also full people and should be allowed to help each other.

And even if I do, would they really even treat me any different? They don't seem to treat my other neurodivergent peers with any more respect than my neurotypical peers, though they say they're trying to figure out how to help us.

On top of that, I keep forgetting to go to the student disability department, and even if I remember, I know I'm gonna have to provide proof that I am disabled, and I don't know where to get that proof or who to turn to to point me in the right direction.

Like, sure, I get it might be easier on them to have that kind of form, but I also feel it's easier on me to just explain to them where my head is at and what bugs me when issues arise, especially because I don't fully know what works best for me until I figure it out.
