They’ve revealed themselves as cowards. On one hand, we can all understand wanting to keep your job. OTOH we understand and respect someone for standing up for themselves and friends/colleagues on principle. How are they supposed to stand for accountability if they can’t do it for themselves?

States should just ignore it. Let the Executive Branch waste time arguing in the Supreme Court and the Circuit Appellate courts.
