Can I just say how hilarious this scene is in the universe? Lara has just saved Sam; she's hurt after a few days of torture. So what does Lara do? Take her to a hospital? A hotel? Maybe the local police?

Fun bit of trivia: during the trailer for S2 of TLOLC, there is a small freeze-frame bonus. During the scene where she notices Eshu following her and Sam, Lara can be seen smiling. At this point she and Sam are traveling together, so that means Lara is smiling at Sam.

So, I've been checking The Last of Us Part 2 Chronological Mode and TBH I think this is a massive improvement but I do wonder if the game truly would have been better recieved if this was the version we got from the start which got me thinking -

Just thinking, if Sam makes a return to the games as a proper companion to Lara what alternate outfits should she have. Sam has a basically an unlimited wardrobe in the comics so there's no lack of options for developers to pick from.
