Today has been such an awful day… The guilt of being on sick leave because of my mental health is really hitting hard… I feel so fucking awful for abandoning my colleagues (again)… Seeing a psychiatrist tomorrow (Via video) for the first time and I’m really anxious about it…

Bon, j’arrive tellement pas à trouver un psychiatre que j’ai pris rendez-vous avec une sur Livi mardi pro… Ma psy m’a vraiment fortement conseillé d’en consulter une pour avoir un traitement plus adapté pour mon anxiété/depression que celui que j’ai depuis 2 ans prescrit par mon médecin
