A buddy of mine has always wanted to build a "Final Fantasy Villain" inspired character who is a full-caster in heavy armor head-to-toe so this multiclass is interesting. Unfortunately, he doesn't touch D&D anymore after the "incidents" with WotC but glad to know someone figured out the build in 5e.

The proficiencies would definitely be a concern and would definitely need to be talked about at Session 0. Am I Link, diving into dungeons constantly or am I Geralt having to negotiate contracts and potential jobs?

Hey, me again. I'm curious as to RPG Bots, whether it's Tyler or the whole gang, thoughts about optimization and creating fun builds when it comes to solo adventures. Obviously the mindset has to change but do solo adventures throw a lot of builds out of the window in your opinion?

Absolutely! You guys have been on point with the humor and also the minutiae of what RPGBot is about.
As a RP-first player/GM in TTRPGs, you guys bring a lot of fun to the mechanics that I used to think of as just boring min/maxing, power-gaming. I see the fun behind it now, thanks to you guys.

Oh, dude. It's GOTY for me without a doubt. I've never played a game where both the combat system AND the story just kept me wamting more every step of the way.
As for the podcast, I love the style you guys have and especially lately, it's been absolutely hysterical.

I think it's a little upsetting that WotC hasn't toyed with the idea of your given patron potentially manifesting themselves or their "vibe" on the player itself. Maybe I'm thinking with PF2e mechanics too hard, but I think it would be interesting for physical manifestations to come to the surface.

The burning of Hope to activate abilities in DH and earning Hope by doing basic things, E33 you have to use your basic attack to earn AP to use your skills.
Not trying to come across as argumentative mere conversationally because in the podcasts you really seemed to love E33, which is fantastic.

I love seeing you guys get excited the more you went about character creation. I think it definitely helped alleviate SOME of the worries you guys had. I'm a little bummed Ash only got to play with SRD material and not getting to see the full breadth of the system but can't wait for the AP!
