一集和嘉賓錄影後的聚餐，嘉賓趁著酒席展開煩惱諮詢，覺得自己太宅會影響人際關係。李瑞鎮說，“人際關係不重要，我發展得好，人自然就會來了”，貼切到讓人拍手叫好。過往總是說人際關係需要培養，但現實其實是如李瑞鎮所說，關鍵在發展得好不好，跟培養一點都沒關係。

就像一篇標題是＜別試圖讓別人理解你！讓自己變強，懂你的人才會越來越多＞的文章，和李瑞鎮完全同理。沒有人喜歡聽你悲慘的故事，也很少會有人真正感同身受。懂你的人自然明白會感同身受，你不需要多說；不懂你的，你所有的痛苦都會成為他飯桌上的談資，何必呢？
