Living with a psycho is 1 thing. I can never believe when he is being sincere and sarcastic. My mind always default to him being sarcastic, no matter what the situation is. This is a defense mechanism I never knew I built up automatically due to damages he caused me. I can never forgive him.

If you think i'm the negative minded here. I've always been treated this way. If I don't do what he told me to, then he'll say something like "Oh then you don't respect me. You lied to me"

Oh what's so wrong about having self boundaries? You are the one been doing me dirty since I was a child lol.

Oh, that moment my negative mind automatically default to, "oH, whAt kind of stupid question is that? Are you not believing me?"

I stayed silent. Why. Because there could be 2 options. 1. He believed i was pretending. And 2. He always believe i was pretending.
