EX Partitio's pose is similar to that of a martial artist's kick. He has one foot firmly placed on the ground while the other raised and bent at the knee. Partitio's hands are clenched into tight fists, one brought up while the other lower. The cat costume is similar to that of a Japanese mascot's costume.

I just wanted to draw something comforting and familiar. For me, "[character(s)] sitting under the stars" is a recurring motif that I expect I'll always return to.

More photos! The sewing pattern isn't perfect, but I'll make the rest of the adjustments later. I used a fabric called mochi minky, which has a lot of stretch to it!

[fan art ❤️] Here are some Octopuff plushies I've been working on. 🐙 They're about 8.5 centimeters/a little over 3 inches tall (minus the hats)!
