Don't they all just come out of packs? I've been out of MTG since Mirrodin with a brief relapse around when Kithkin came out. I'm kinda out of the loop on what defines "normal play booster".

Would be really cool if ya'll could come up with a way to allow me to move my progress from Epic to steam now that its available on both platforms without me having to pay for it again.

The ShadySail did this for me when I mentioned on the other platform that my daughter had begun her very first D&D session. I can see if they have a sky account if you're interested in their work.
