Need to slap the TENS pads onto my neck and see if I can prevent a migraine. The tension headache trigger is already active.

Chronic fatigue also happening.

The universe has decided on me doing absolutely nothing more productive than bed rest.

Personally, I get a box (usually a cigar box) that I dedicate to the deity. Permanent, non-perishable objects are then kept in that box after its time on the altar. Maybe once a year, all items are placed together before their statue/symbol for a day.

My personal readings tend to have the cards flicking my nose with, "You already know, dumbass!"

I'm pretty adept at keeping my emotions boxed separately from my workings. However, it does cost energy. It likely washes out the benefits. This is why I'm doing the therapy. To no longer waste energy.

Ty. I'll definitely consider this aspect as things progress. This might be why I've been choosing, subconsciously, more passive magic rather than active. Like the crystal energy, candles, incense, my familiar. Things that lend their power rather than using mine the way casting an actual spell does.

Ty. I'm currently journaling unique unrepeated traumas. Sadly, the list is long. I've reached mid 20's. Fortunately, it's much less once I hit 30's. The constant daily/weekly traumas are a separate journal later. Some have actually been dealt with like kink scenes that took away the power of memory.

Yup. Only reason it wasn't my entire body was a CD case strap wrapped around my foot AND the gear shift stick. I wasn't wearing a seat belt. I technically should have died. That's why only my head hit and I bounced back when the tailgate hit the center divider.

I've avoided spell casting concerning my #PTSD/ #CPTSD so far. I have used a #crystals grid for support, but no actual spells. I'm sort of saving those for if I get stuck further along.

Never! As in my face (often literally) as he can manage. 🤣 He really does take being a familiar seriously. He's so young and playful, this is almost opposite from his usual personality. It's one of the things that made me realize he's not just a pet. When it comes to magic/spiritual, all business.

Much of mine (jaguar) is from friends and family who know how important jaguar is to me. Statues, pictures, masks, jewelry, and other things. It gives me joy having the representations all around me.

Though, I get what you actually mean. That wreck was the worst I've had. The surrounding issues made it extra special.

The irony... after I got a few sentences down, started cleaning to take a break and extended it to delay getting back to it.

Ironically, the pictures turned up during that. #ADHD backfired and led me right back to it. 😂🤣 The other aspect is there aren't a lot of pictures that connect to my traumas.

This is the trauma I'm currently stuck at and trying to journal. I almost died. This is also the middle part of the entire thing. First part was bf betrayal, then the accident, then abandoned at hospital.
