And because of that I learned so much yesterday. I am forever grateful to get to support so many beautiful people, especially my family and friends who are a part of this community.

For 7+ hours we listened to everyone’s stories. So many untold stories and life experiences. Doctors, pediatricians, parents, preachers (a father, reverend, and member of the clergy might I add), as well as trans youth and trans adults all shared their life experiences and knowledge.

February 3, 2025 myself, Cammie (the founder of West Plains Pride), and many other allies made a trip to the Capitol in Jefferson City to testify against the anti trans bills being proposed here in Missouri. It was such an honor to get to testify in front of the legislature to protect trans rights.
