Can someone explain to me like I am 5, why Trump was allowed to take office? He provided aid and comfort to persons who committed acts of sedition. It is clearly written in section 3 of the 14th amendment that doing this, prevents one from holding office. I just don't understand.

I have been in So Cal since I was 4. As a kid, my family would occasionally go to LA and from a distance you could see it was always covered in a thick blanket of brown smog. I can't help but wonder if that is going to happen again with the EOs to stop the EPA

I am under the assumption that when ICE does raids, they will pick people with darker skin tones to question. Surely if they go to a church or business with 100 people they are not going to question everyone. Is my thinking ridiculous? I am being told I am making it about skin color when it is not.

24 hours in and he's already pissed on the 9th and 14th amendments. I hope the others who took the oath of office will defend ALL of the Constitution and not just the parts that serve his agenda. Sorry to be so negative but I am feeling helpless and borderline hopeless
