We encountered the same thing! I complained to the family every time I had to wash my hands. Why so big and yet the water is so close to the edge you can't wash your hands???

Does Charlie bark at Ceres the whole time? I walked 2 dogs like that and the other was always freaking out on the side. We had to put him indoors when the other wanted a swim.
