The event will start with a demonstration of furnace glassblowing at Houston's first dedicated glass studio, including a large scale item. Each attendee will be able to work hot glass at the blowing station to create a smaller item of their choice.

All you need to bring is a willingness to enjoy your writing experience and your favorite writing tools (paper and pen or laptop). Creative nonfiction but not exclusive so. Writers of all levels are welcome.
