Anyways Not a perfect solution but for those who make NSFW artwork I highly recommend newgrounds
Its not gonna have the same reach as a more traditional social media but the people who manage/run the site there do a good job actually protecting their artists especially nsfw ones which is why no app

Not perfect doesnt have the same reach as proper social medias but the people there genuinely take care of and protect us artists especially nsfw ones (which is why they refuse to make an app)

Imagine looking your community dead ass in the eye and not just lying to them about harmful content not being allowed as you let bigots just run wild but also Lying even harder by telling them your listening to the input about nsfw work and then just doubling down
