idk if you saw but there was this “hockey bible” that was exposed and it was just a bunch of terms to degrade women and fatshame them after sex 💀💀💀 the nhl also had this big scandal where a gc of a lot of players was caught being racist homophobic and insulting their wives in ig dms

and teams could wear pride jerseys while warming up but too many players said they wouldn’t go on the ice bc it’s against their beliefs and they don’t support gays lmaoo

trust me not very many of them…. the nhl is the only national sports league in north america to not have an openly gay player bc any guy who would be gay would be bullied by his teammates and the fans. there was a big thing a few years ago where players got mad bc there used to be a “pride nights”
