PNW. Born and raised in Montana. Not much else to say.
Fear fills the gaps where understanding, accountability, and compassion should be and that is what grievance becomes the bond that holds that together, and this is what fuels fascism. Which is especially important as to why we need to fight fascism with socialism and solidarity!

While the rise of Hitler is different than Trump getting elected to a second term, there are parallels to their rise, and it is a rise rooted in scapegoating, blame, and downright fear-mongering.

To MAGA, there is always some kind of bogeyman working in the shadows. To MAGA, nothing is ever their fault, and if their life isn't working, they resort to scapegoating.

Everything to MAGA is an enemy, and whether it’s immigrants, LGBTQ+, poor people, persons of color, or imaginary drug cartels, there is always something or somebody to blame.

They’ve also become entrenched within finance capital, with the “America First” economic agenda which does nothing but transfer the wealth to the billionaires while adversely affecting working class people.

Concern I have is the Titans O-line. I saw enough of him at WSU to where the second the pocket collapses he got flustered. He was fortunate to have one of the best offensive lines in the country at Miami. He’s going to have to learn to adjust to NFL style pass rushes very quick. Maybe he’ll adjust?

I am skeptical of the acquisition of Sam Darnold. It seems like every chance that he’s gotten to prove that he is “the guy“ he just seems to falter a flake. The risk outweighs the reward in this situation. The weapons that the Seahawks will have in 25 are not quite as talented as the 24 Vikings.
