I have released a major version of React-PDF dropping CJS with something along the lines of "You can make it for your own sanity, I wholeheartedly recommend migrating to Vitest instead" in the release notes, and no one batted an eye.

Bundled app that imports createRoot from react-dom is:
- 193 kB (60.3 kB gzipped) in 19.2
- 185 (58.2) in 19.0
- 141 (45.2) in 18.0
- 28 (10.1) in 17.0 (imported render here, no createRoot to begin with)

So 19.2 is a 4% increase over 19.0, 39% over 18.0, and, uh... 591% over 17.0.

You'd be correct, but it shows the trend. Measuring it otherwise would probably not result in a fairer comparison.

Bundlephobia is practically an abandonware, unfortunately, and it reports bundle sizes unreliably.

React 19.2 is 12% bigger than 19.1.
And 60% bigger than 18.3.
And 136% bigger than 17.0.

As a maintainer of ~50 thematically different but architecturally similar repositories I love my foreach-cli and foreach-sh utils that recursively find git repos in working directory and execute shell commands/scripts, respectively, on them :D

I don't. I didn't have the opportunity or need to try Deno out. As an outside observer, I find Deno's existence much less hype-driven and its development more balanced and thoughtful.
