Karolying Leavitt hasn't gone the ghoulish route *yet,* but she's definitely had gender-affirming surgery with an Uncanny Valley effect.

But one camera caught the bruise when he reached up to touch Mamdani.

Mar-a-Lago face, aka The Maga Effect, is definitely a thing.

Exhibit A:
Photos of Laura Loomer, Lara Trump, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Kristi Noem. Photos on the left show their natural hair, face, and make-up before they became MAGA. Photos on the right show their radical transformations post-MAGA. Each woman has had obvious and extreme plastic surgery that completely distorted their features. Fillers, implants, Botox, etc., are all blatantly obvious. They no longer look quite human, and bear no resemblance to their pre-MAGA selves. They all clearly also have hair extensions, and their make-up became extreme, gawdy, garish, with obvious false eyelashes. They all follow the same route, ending up with variations of the same superficial, cartoonish, Mar-a-Lago look.
