I worry what my next 4 years of librarianship would look like under that shithead. I am fortunate to work in an area that overwhelmingly supports how we run the library, but we all know REPs only care about State's rights when it serves their goals, and will do anything country wide when they can.

This sounds morbid (and it is I suppose) and worrying, but often times at my most anxious about the future I will tell myself that one day I will be dead and will be never be anxious again. And sometimes that actually works.
