Epic didn't do this until the controversy started which was not long ago and it takes time to get a reply from IARC, especially over a holiday weekend, which is probably why it took until now get the response from Epic.

Epic played the game and submitted for an IARC rating for the game, which gives ESRB, PEGI, ect ratings, it got an ESRB rating of "AO" adult only rating. Epic Store doesn't allow AO rated games onto the store.

I question your own ethics since you seem to support the idea that it's ok for people, big tech, and other organizations to secretly fund lobbyists/protest groups for their own gain while hiding themselves from public scrutiny. You clearly support dishonesty and the use of astroturfing.

Keeping my eye on this game, so far based on what has been shown it piqued my interest.

It helps that the actual noticable stutter happens before hitting the ground, and people without graphs showing it exists after hitting the ground dont even notice it happening. It's basically only noticable after landing if one is using graphs to show them it exists

This really seems like it's one of those things where a normal gamer wouldn't even know this exists after landing on the ground without having a graph telling them it exists. If one needs a graph to tell them it exists then it really doesn't matter.
