What shall be will be, right? This past Thursday night my beautiful octagenarian toddler aka Papa has passed away...it doesn't seem real still. His presence remains everywhere.

Slowly learning how to eat and what I can eat. Somedays are better than others. Lactose and fructose are problems. Not sure if other FODMAPS are or not. Anxiety helped add to the problem with acid issues. A fun journey.

Since all my twitter buddies are coming over, I think I shall need to start being on here more often now. Life is lifing. Life is hard. Drama buddies are forever.

Somehow it's hanging on despite sleet and frost. Honestly this is the best the roses have looked since the sawcutter invasion.

Papa cooked up my chicken for a homemade country dinner...there went my idea of chicken cordon Bleu casserole. So I made breakfast pizza complete with naan, hollandaise, shredded potatoes, soft scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, diced ham, & freshly shredded gruyere.

Gray and his puppy brothers joined meowmy for a contrail viewing after we got sick of watching a swarm of giant dragonflies.

How does one get an octogenarian toddler to try new foods? My 87yo made me cook him a fried egg since he didn't want to eat my eggs in purgatory made with leftover sauce from my chicken tikka masala.
