60 should be no where near cold enough to cause that. I know monitors preform better when hotter, but that’s absurd. What you can always do is stick it in an oven. The panels preform best when closer to 200c degrees. Get the lowest input latency.

I was looking into it apparently that’s a semi common thing?? From what I’ve seen liquid crystal displays in the cold contract and can cause that. I guess this is something I’m just too texan to have seen before.

How cold is cold in this scenario? I know some panels are just factory overclocked to get a lot of those higher refresh rates, which could explain why changing the refresh rate will impact it doing this or not(though unlikely). What is the model?
