Perhaps they need a head coach who will keep them at their highest effort, maybe Mike Malone? Or they could get Kevin Garnett in Target Center during home games, since if he’s in the building, then I highly doubt the team will lose their focus, even during “easy” matches. 🔥

The full-strength Wolves team is extremely talented, but they are prone to sleepwalking through stretches. What they need is someone, or something, to keep them motivated throughout the full duration of every regular season game.

And then Denver did the same thing, hence why the game went into OT.

I don’t think we can look at one particular stretch of the game, if the point difference looks nothing like the final result.

I believe Denver still should’ve won this game after the 4th quarter, even in spite of their injuries.

Not to mention, the game was also in Denver, so winning certainly wasn’t a guarantee. However, at the same time, I agree with you…they absolutely should have won in OT, but Scott Foster decided to intervene with those completely unnecessary techs….

I wouldn’t say so.
Even with starters missing, their team is stacked beyond belief this year.
While Aaron Gordon’s absence might’ve hurt them, Cam Johnson is easily covered for by Peyton Watson and others, and honestly…is it just me, or does it look like they play better without Christian Braun?

I believe their recent major losses to Atlanta and Brooklyn are a sign that Tim Connelly needs to make another move, whether that be trading for a more experienced point guard, better defense, or even dropping coach Finch…the team could 💯% use something to boost their morale, when things get dicey.

Flagg is certainly going to flip, now that he isn’t forced to play point guard.

Aye, a man can dream!

If the officials continue to call more of Dort and Caruso’s blatant holding, then the Spurs, Nuggets, T-Wolves, Rockets, and even Pistons may have a shot at taking them out, by the time May rolls around.

Heck yeah😎

I checked the stats and it appears to be 14.5 turnovers per game, which actually ranks them close to the middle of all 30 teams, as it stands. However, it still appears to be one of their biggest issues, from what I’ve watched, so yeah.
Hope they can iron out their ball handling soon enough.

On the positive, the likes of Ant, Jaden McDaniels, and Julius Randle are looking stronger than ever. Ant and Jaden are improving their game at a rapid rate each season, and Julius Randle has been such an excellent fit for the Wolves ever since the middle of last season. These guys are cooking! 🐺🌲

On the negative, the turnover count is still far too high for this team. The young guys, like Rob Dillingham, still have a lot to learn, when it comes to handling the ball. Add that to Ant’s injury, and this team just hasn’t looked like it’s had strong foundational leadership, thus far.
