I know, I know the pictures say week 1…but what I MEAN is it’s one week of growth and since I am already behind in posting I wasn’t going to go back and mark the photos differently. It was an excellent week of growth (and you’ll have to trust me that I did, in fact take this photos on Sunday). Three of our four trays took off.

If you've ever been to our home you know that we love our outdoor plants, and those plants are not cheap! I've tried starting seed indoors only one other time, and while it did work I didn't love the plants we chose. I toyed with the idea of starting plants indoors this year that we have planted annually for many years now and then quickly scrapped that idea because I have quite a few other irons in the fire...and then I walked past the seed packet aisle at Target the other week and with warmer weather teasing us here in the midwest I caved.

This share has been on my blog post idea list for over a year. And it’s such a short, simple idea that it allows to me share some gratuitous photos of our fur kid, Z. The life hack? When you own animals, especially dogs, you have to have them on a flea and tick preventative. This medication is usually a once a month pill that you buy as a six month or year supply at one time.

I love Menards. I don’t know why but I love strolling through the store and finding all sorts of things. From cleaning supplies to random latches and locks, lumber, outdoor items of course and then there’s the food aisle. You heard me correct…we regularly buy things like Salt Water Taffy and certain kinds of chips at our local Menards. If you’re not from here it’s a hardware/home improvement store so not your average place to shop for grocery items.

I did it! I FINALLY sat down and figured out HOW to make the best, no fail, printed, vinyl laminated, easy peel, kiss cut stickers. And I am going to share exactly what worked for me as I made my kiddos Valentines this year. Let’s start by grabbing all the tools we will need.
