I feel like more than 4,500 likes and nearly 1,000 reposts imply Bluesky likes it quite a bit, though obviously I’m sure some of the 100 or so replies/quotes are going to find fault with it.

If only we had a standard to verify the authenticity of images and video. Oh wait, we do, it's just major platforms are being really shit at actually supporting it. Was really disappointed Apple didn't announce full support for it as an iOS 26 feature at WWDC.

This system can sort real pictures from AI fakes — why aren’t platforms using it?

It’s taking years to get platforms to adopt the C2PA’s standard.
