I always use sesame oil, chinese 5 spice, chinese wine and a touch of kashmirri chilli powder, makes a big difference. Hope you starting to feel better too :)

Yup, hoping another spurt coming on, vet said last week she was perfect but cant even see a shadow of her back ribs and everything Ive read has always said that should be showing or they overweight

Shes has all of those except bones, loves dried beef tendons which at least last 5 minutes and peanut butter in her chew kong, problem is they all high fats

Got to go through with it now as you have to pay for it when booking in, recon will take her for a very long walk beforehand and hope the shopping centre isnt crowded
