One of the more unexpected outcomes of the SAG-AFTRA strike is the movement of actors getting comestic surgery, en masse. I’m really hoping for an A24 film (timing: post collapse of WB Studios) with two A-Listers with nips, tucks, full on head transplants. Bonus: self-referential Hereditary moment.

Tar has one punchline and it’s absolute incredible (I cackled hard); you just have to sit through a lot to get there. And it is a LOT.
I think enough time has passed to say this in public without getting squished to death by an anvil: Tár was hoity toity. It put me in a spiral where I thought maybe I was just getting much dumber for several weeks. I think it's pretty clear it was just trying way too hard.

I would absolutely pay, upwards of $15.99 + tax, for a version of Siri voiced by Jane Krakowski. My only request is that those unwanted Siri interruptions would actually just be clips of Jane busting out in song.
