Immediate thoughts on the ERL changes:
- The idea of a crisis of generating new caster talent falls a bit flat when it comes off the back off the changes that remove caster necessity
- Removing Tier 2 requirements won't go well. Nobody KNEW LFL2 LVP2 PRM2 would be the economies they are
