TLDR: Nationalise construction. Stop the PPPs :)

It’s almost like housing shouldn’t be a “market”. Construction companies should be forced to prioritise construction over profits. RWers blaming “regulation” when, in reality, we have terrible regulations, and severely lack on enforcement for the existing dated regulations.
