It's all happening now as the contracts expire. Piece by piece back into public ownership.

It's hard comprehend just how much of a mess the Tories made of SEN
They banned councils from opening new Special Schools
They gave Academies control over applications resulting in some schools not taking any EHCP pupils
And they encouraged councils to put billions of SEN debt "off balance sheet"
