Aggressiveness shouldn't be labeled as masculine or feminine. Neither should risk taking, listening, or other characteristics. The problem occurs when bullies and other self-entitled jerks see statements like "a need for masculine energy," and use that as an excuse for bad, often toxic, behavior.
