No accountability. This is why we have government - so we can collect taxes from people who benefit from our economy and reinvest it in people. Leaving it up to rich people doesn't work.

The headline should read "US DOI costs tax payers millions per day through politically-motivated stop-work order." Stop work orders in any kind of construction costs money. So there's "efficiency" for you.
