Gena has always been an incredible force and her humanity and humility inspiring. I had the pleasure of meeting Gena many times during my time in #haiti and continued to be in awe at all she does. May she be found and returned safe and secure. Keeping Gena, her colleagues and children in my thoughts
Folks like Gena Heraty make me proud of my adopted country. The courage and fortitude to stay in such a situation bc you are desperately needed gives me hope for humanity. May she be found safe and sound quickly.
