like whatever the situation, nothing else matters. it's not about winning, it's about getting their object back, fixing it, saving it from being broken, keeping it from being damaged further, cradling it to their chests murmuring apologies after going berserk on what or whoever split them up

zanka finally beats jabber's ass after a whole speech that mostly boils down to "FUCK you i'm a worthy rival and i'm gonna PROVE IT" and he never knows peace again but now he's doing things like getting bizarrely jealous over the weather almost killing jabber instead of getting to do it himself
