Internet shutdowns hit some people harder than others:
women, youth, persons with disabilities, rural communities, and small businesses.
Digital exclusion during elections deepens inequality.
That shouldn’t be our legacy.

Businesses can’t trade.
Families can’t communicate.
Voters can’t verify.
We all lose.
