Stopped using this app for awhile but I’m back. Since I last posted, I relapsed gambling, and am rn in a hardcore anorexia relapse. I think I’ll be fine, but I don’t want the most recent post to be about recovery when it’s really not going well.

Today I’ve fallen back into my common pattern of holing up in my room.
I don’t want to go outside, I don’t want to talk to people, I don’t want to see the people I live with.
But I’m not gambling. That’s all I used to do in my room. But not today.

Eventually I treated gambling like a full time job, like so many others, but the more I “worked” the deeper I fell into debt.

Gambling is the only job where you lose money every hour you work instead of gain it.
