I love how the division is always blamed on Progressives and not the establishment who do everything they can to kneecap them. They're such effective boogey men, too. That way, they don't ever have to do any self-reflection to see why people reject them, just blame someone.

They don't nuance, they don't want complex issues addressed in a complex way. They want someone who put things kn a simple way, repeated often so they understand it more easily.

Patriotism and Nationalism can, and often does, go hand in hand. When they use the U.S. flag in the same ways the Germans used the Nazi flag, it doesn't matter how the flag looks when the message is the same.
