@mta.info why w/billions in profits do you consistently fail this city? homeless own a train car each, patrons suffer verbal & physical attacks, service is irregular & always delays or suspension in service. Maybe ask yourself how can I better serve my community before you try & raise fees again.

Humanity has a bad habit of believing the narrative of the Narcissist. Just because someone thinks they are the best, or better etc, does not mean they are.
