Havent had those so unsure, but I figure if they have a deeper flavor profile like how concords have and not the light flavors of your typical red/green snacking grapes they should work splendidly.

Concord grapes and pomegranates esp if you can get them when theyre both in season. Follow a grape pie recipe and add pom arils when boiling with skins. Dont use lemon juice. Season with cinnamon, star anise, ginger, clove, allspice, and nutmeg to taste. (Like a mulled cider vibe)
