I lived in Murray Hill for a few years and kept a car outside the city. On the rare occasion I brought it in, I was always shocked that I could park in front of my building overnight for free.

We also went to a match at Liverpool and paid around $600 each for the hospitality package, which was a huge ripoff for what we got, but basically the only choice.

There’s a essentially no secondary market. When I went to a Tottenham match a few years ago, I joined the supporters club and then had access to single-match tickets when they went on sale. But that was all done a few months in advance.
