OMG I rage for you! On that note, I once got in trouble for reading another book inside the book we were supposed to be reading in class, because I had ALREADY READ the first book. Talk about teaching obedience rather than the joy of learning

No, and I've even had it out from the library before but just couldn't get into that that time! (I've reading much lighter fare since the Decline into Fascism started. Nowadays you'll find me with romances or mysteries in my hands.) But you've inspired me to put it back on hold!
